There are different possibilities, either

INBOX

you store the messages in your inbox, creting a folder in your filing system, e.g. called COLORS or CLEMY,

and/or additionally with 6 subfolders as mentioned above.

ON YOUR COMPUTER

you store the PDF documents on your computer

using folder and subfolders as above

PRINT

you can print the PDF documents (on top of your storing system) and file them in a nice folder, with split subfolders

Attention please

I use a distribution list and send my messages

via an automised mailing program.

 

Each message is screened

by the recipient's mail provider

on content, word usage, signs, ...

all this according to very specific

algorithms that I / nobody knows

 

- which is certainly a good security to keep

advertising and spam out of our inboxes - 

 

but with that also messages

without 'bad' content or 'bad' intentions

sometimes by those filters are stopped by your provider

 

and sometimes my emails do not get through either.

 

eg the size and number of attached photos, too many capital letters, exclamation marks, colors used, the use of certain words are taboo ...

  

To avoid not getting my mails in the future

you can add my email address

clemy@creyarte.be

in your mail program to your contacts

so i am on your so called 'white list senders'
